Use of Information

The Company may demand, collect, record, and use various information such as identity, contact, device, network, and physical geographical location for quality, perversion, and security or our services. 89. The Company shall manage Customer account, carry out customer-care activities and train our staff, including monitoring calls, emails or text messages that Customer send us.

90. The Company may monitor the quality and security of the network and test and maintain our IT and electronic systems.

91. The Company may analyse the Customers’ uses of services for marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, the calls and messages Customer send and receive and Customer location at the time these communications take place, as well as Customer browsing history and use of our websites.

92. The Company may contact Customer with marketing messages if Customer has not objected. These messages may include marketing from other organizations, but we will not pass the responsibility of Customer information to these other organizations. If a customer does not want to receive marketing messages from the Company, they can contact us through our website or by calling us at our telephone numbers.

93. The Company may share information to the Company’s parent companies and subsidiaries for archiving, bookkeeping, and operational or any internal administrative purposes, and to any service providers engaged by them for purposes of delivering our products and services.

Disclosure of Information

94. Except from Clause 93, the Company shall not disclose any personal information to the general public without prior written instruction or agreement in any form, unless otherwise specific information required by the government and law enforcement officials, and the Company is obligated by law.

95. The Customer is obligated to keep own information safe.

96. The Customer may share to any other persons (the “Recipient”) at its own discretion in either hard (physical) or soft (electronic) copy of its financial statements, personal information, or any other information saved with us. Presentation of such document to the Company by the Recipient, the Company may either/neither confirm or deny the accuracy of information on such document, but not provide any additional information.

97. The Customer must not share identity confirmation information such as but not limited to password, PIN, and OTP. Any presentation of the Customer’s such identity confirmation information shall mean it is a confirmation of the action of the Customer.
